Our design team works directly with our die makers, allowing us to keep projects moving along smoothly and quickly. Keeping the project in-house also means lower costs for you. Our team uses SOLIDWORKS 3D Cad software so you can see exactly what you’ll be getting in the end.

Because no two projects are the same, we work with a variety of metals in both short and long runs. We offer a maximum press rating of up to 1500 tons and our robust selection of equipment allows us to customize our services based on the specific needs of each customer. We offer:
- Labor only (customer supplied material)
- Labor and material supplied by Ranger
- Our quoted piece price includes die maintenance
- We maintain a spare detail inventory for production tooling
DIE REPAIR SERVICE
Dies that aren’t performing properly can put production at a standstill, costing you valuable time, money, and resources. Our highly skilled team offers quick turnaround to avoid additional downtime and lost production. We can also alter dies when changes need to be made by redesigning, reworking, or remanufacturing the existing tool to accommodate your customer’s current needs.
SPARE DIE COMPONENTS
We maintain records on all builds, so future spare component needs can be addressed. We also reverse engineer components for dies that you may have purchased elsewhere. It can also be as easy as you sending cad data of the component you need.
